Two coaches were fired on the defensive line - where the biggest collapse occurred.

Think what you will but Muir should've been escorted out of the building with them.

Don't disagree with that.

The insinuation that Gruden mistreated John Lynch is inaccurate and unfair. I happen to recall an interview on the NFL Network long after Lynch left the Bucs. He expressed his highest regard and thanks for Jon Gruden and his contributions to the Bucs. It might also be noted that the D has ranked #1 twice in Gruden's tenure, once with and once without John Lynch.
Gruden has made his share of mistakes as our HC, and accepts responsibility for his actions. A true fan of the team acknowledges that and accepts that as part of the game. A true fan does not indulge in character assasination. Stick to the facts.

I support any member of the Buccaneer organization who I know to be doing the best he is capable of FOR THE TEAM. If the effort is not there (Shaun King), or the motive becomes questionable (McKay), you lose me.

Boid,

You are wasting you time with him and a few others.

Their hatred for Gruden is so strong they can't deal with reality or maybe Any level of optimism about anyone, as long as Gruden is here.

Guess we are just gonna have put up with it, unfortunatly.

By the way, ever notice they bash like crazy, but never have anything constuctive to say, about anyone.

They are not for the TEAM. They just want to bash. Really think it wouldn't make any difference who the coach is unless we win the SB every year.

Like you, I'm tired of it.

Stan, your right on the money!

That's the funny thing about Uncle Stan, he usually is... ;)

Without Carl Nix it feels like our running game just took a death blow to the face!

Here is a novel idea don't read my posts. I don't care whose company you put me in, and hatred is your word not mine I never said I hated anyone. Not wanting a guy to be our coach and hatred are not the same thing, in fact if he was not the OC I would not even mind if he was our HC. Bring in an OC that does not have one specific type of QB as the only option in his mind and the ability to open his mind and a passing game that requires more than an 8 yard pass and I would be happy and could not have as much blame towards Gruden. ! guy calling all the shots does not work, and Gruden is proof of that, he has the last word on personel, and the offense and is the HC. If it were working I would be fine with it, but for the most part with him at the healm it has not worked!
You act like its a shock that I or anybody else would want Gruden gone, like the 4-12 season was just a glitch in an overwise great coaching tenure.
Wanting a QB option that has more than 2 years left in him is not too much to want, but if someone does not agree with YOU they have hatred, I am on the Gruden side of the BB debate, and if I recall you are on the BB side of the fence, so I guess you hate Gruden and I love him right?

First off a true fan would know gru is NOT the OC!
Again you have no clue........Gru does NOT call all the shots...this is a fact there pal and hjas been proven here many times!
History shows  always changing coach's is a bad thing...see the cardinals and our own buc history!
You sir should refrain from posting and do more reading....you dont seem to know squat about our beloved bucs or football for that matter!

Gruden is the OC, its his system he calls the plays, Muir is the O-line coach, but if you want to buy into the Gruden is not in control and is not the OC because someone else holds the title more power to you.

Pretty common knowledge that Gruden calls the offensive plays, despite whatever title Muir has.
