gruden doesn't call check downs.  That's the option your qb chose to throw to.

Has anyone else noticed that literally almost every single 1st drive of the game for our defense we look like **CENSORED**?  It's almost a given.  Let's just hold them to a FG and hope the adjustments come.

The loss of Rod and failure to reload on D is hurting this team now.  Gruden tinkering with the O and using all the draft picks on O players will hold this team back in the coming years.

True, however, on the play I was referring to Smith was clearly the primary receiver.
