How does a Postal guy get fired?
By annoying everyone around him to the point that there is a general uprising against him. He will then play the part of "victim," as if he himself had nothing to do with it. Such deviant personalities are known for wishing death and sickness on others and their families, threatening to beat people up, etc., yet they whine like little girls about the minor infractions of others. I would imagine that this pattern is repeated in every facet of his life, whether it be his job or any bulletin board that has the misfortune of having him as a member.
