In honor of the start of the new season, let's talk turkey! Or Burgers!

What are some of the things you like to make/eat for your games?  Here are some of mine:

Best dip:
6x10 or 12 pan
2 bars cream cheese
2 cans chili (no beans)
bag of shredded cheddar or mexican mix cheese

Spread the cream cheese over the bottom (about 1/2" thick)
Pour the chili over it.
Cover with cheese
Top with sliced jalapeño if desired
Bake at 350 until cheese melts (10-15 minutes)

Save extra chili and cheese for hotdogs!

Sausage sandwich:

thick loaf cuban or italian bread, split in middle
spread butter and garlic powder on bread.
1 package of italian sausage.  Open links to get ground sausage.
Brown sausage.
Spread over garlic bread
Smother with shredded Mozzarella
cover loosely with foil
bake about 20 minutes at 300 (check bread doesn't get too crunchy)

Go Bucs!

If im staying home watching the game, usually im always having either a 7 layer dip or some cheese con queso. ill be drinking bud or corona possibly.

If im going to the game and tailgating its usually Bratwurst stewed in beer with sauteed onions garlic and pepperson an everything roll. sometimes i opt for the ribeye and Twice baked potatoes prepared the night before. and ive been known to do some buffalo shrimp kabobs wrapped in bacon. ill probably have miller light or coorslight if im tailgating.

and if im watching the game at a sports bar, im eating buffalo wings, and chese fries. downing pitchers of "whatever im in the mood for" or Bottles of Hienekin.

Take a tall glass, fill it to the rim w/ ice, pour Sailor Jerry's **CENSORED**ed Rum over ice to just cover the ice (the ice will melt a little), add a splash of Coke. Good to go.

I forgot to add, the sausage sandwich should be smothered in Mozzarella.

Brats (Johnsonville brats w/beer)-cover can be what you want-the key is the roll-has to be Pepperidge Farms soft hoagie. Bsh's baked beans with onions and miller lite.

At home or at game.

Sometimes Publix cubans (with honey butter, and heated  compressed). Naturally miller lite. Beans not needed.-especially if at home.
