Another positive: our running game is obviously respected, because we're running against 8-man fronts the whole game.
Galloway is fast.
Clayton is a tough bastard over the middle.
Alex Smith knows kung-fu.
Alan Zemaitis isn't injured.
We're young on Offense.

Well, don't judge just by the stats.  If you were judging by stats purely, Gradkowski is hands-down the best rookie QB in the league.  Period.  Best Rating, most TDs, best TD to INT ratio, second in yardage and yardage per start.

But, you can't go just by stats.  You have to look at adjustments made and how he's reacting.  He's been exposed to some agressive schemes and, for the most part, not made mistakes in the face of it all.  He checks down a bit too quickly and has rushed some throws.  However, he's shown flashes of what he could be.

Am I saying he's the answer?  No, I don't know whether he is or not.  He has done as well as could be hoped for, though, and I do see weekly improvement in his game.
