Simms is the next Manning, but Gru set him up to fail/rode him too hard/didn't "put him in position to win"
McKay is the best GM in the world, look at the great picks he made like SAPP and LYNCH and BROOKS (of COURSE he drafted them, stop LYING and saying he didn't)
Dungy is the best coach on earth, look how many times he gets to the playoffs!!
Alstott should be getting 10+ touches a game, he's just awsum, hasn't lost ANYTHING.
Marinelli and Tomlin meant nothing, we should still be every bit as good without them. Assistant coaches have NO effect on how your team plays!!
If only we hadn't fired Dungy we'd have a top offense AND defense here, Dungy was a Genius. Gruden's a tardo, he just got lucky and won with DUNGY's TEAM!!!
If McKay was our GM we'd have had cap room every year and tons of talent too!!
And who needs draft picks, what difference would 4 day 1 picks matter now? First and second rounders are NOTHING SPECIAL, not something to build a team on!!
