If he is there take Gaines Adams and then you can cut Rice.  Adams and White would be a great pass rushing team at DE.  Until the Bucs can create pressure with their front 4 it will be impossible to fix the rest of the defense.

Go take a gander and look at what Mario Williams had done at the halfway point.

Just in case anyone was wondering, Williams has 25 tackles, 4.5 sacks, 1 fumble recovery.

If we finish 4-12..

Most likely we will pick anywhere from 3-6. 1st round.

How did you come up with 9th? We are tied with everyone from 2nd to 9th. Only one team has a worse record.

Right now we are in 9th place, and if we finish 4-12 we might not improve our draft position.

35 -38  2nd round
63-64  2nd round ( Colts)
67 -70 3rd round
Worst case scenario we get 4 of the 70 best players, plus with the estimated 20-25 million under the cap..

I Love the Bucs and think we will be back, this year is all but done... But in the league of parity you can go 4-12 to 12-4 in 1 year..

Comments??

Yes but many of those 2-6 teams have easier schedules and who knows if we win another game at all.. Maybe Cleveland??
So then you are 3-13.. And might get THE 1st or 2nd pick....

With the 4th pick.. Tampa Bay trades down from the 4th spot with Buffalo to the 10 spot, for Buffalo's 2nd rounder # 42.
Tampa Bay- First round  #10 = Teddy Ginn Jr. WR, Ohio State
Tampa Bay- Second round #36 = Quinn Pit**CENSORED**, DT, Ohio State
Tampa Bay - Second round #42 (from Buffalo) = Buster Davis, MLB, Florida State
Tampa Bay- Second round #64 =Brandon Merriweather, SS, Miami (FL)

No way they take Ginn.

Love to see Brady Quinn drafted here & make him #2, and then pickup a decent veteran qb in the off season to start and move Grads to #3(he is just not impressing me all that much yet).

I have not seen this kid, but if we can get Briggs in FA we do need to get someone for Galloway eventually. He is only a junior?

I like all of the defensive picks though.. We need to get Kiffins Tampa2, back to the way it use to be..

Sorry Bro but that is one of the most ridiculous suggests I have ever read on this board.    ::)

$40-$45 million for Quinn (and you have no gurantee he would be better than Grads)

$5-$8 million a year for a FA veteran good enough to starts.

I agree with most posters, Gruden doesn't have a chance in hell to watch a rookie QB, go through what Grads or Simms are going through..

Schaub or Boller could come maybe..

Grads had 6 touchdowns 1 interception, the jury still might find him as the answer.. Just not for sure yet..
