I don't know, but I think that the vacancy on the practice squad will soon be filled by Alan Zemaitis.

The opening on the PS could also go for a guy like Hayward if they decide to move him off the roster with the Trotter signing.  IMO Nece may be the one to go.

That's true.  I think that Hayward will most likely be the one that gets demoted to the practice squad when Jeremiah Trotter signs.  Actually, Trotter was in town at 4:30 p.m. today so that must mean that they would have signed him already.  We must have released someone, but we won't know who until the Bucs announce it or until tomorrow morning when the new Buccaneers.com gets unvailed.

Either one of the guys they just picked up the WR or DB will be cut or Pearson.

I would think that Nece would get cut to make room.  You really can't compare the two because Trotter is much better. This signing really bolsters our LB core.

I hear that Trotter doesn't fit our system. That is fair. However, I don't think Nece is a speed demon. I've seen him get juked by Quarterbacks.
