This is the same team (for the most part) that went deep into the playoffs last year. They couldn't do anything wrong in 06, and now it seems they can't do anything right.

Brees was THE MAN last year and now he throws more picks than TD's.

RB's are the same, WR's are the same, OL is the same, and the Defense was supposedly upgraded.

WTF???

The Saints are a perfect study on how wacky the NFL can be.

I said it earlier in the year and it's more true even now. The Saints last season were the 05 version of the Bucs - now they get to be the 06 version of the Bucs.

The same way the Bucs have been riding the roller coaster since the Super Bowl. There's not much difference from the penthouse to the outhouse in the NFL and that's why everyone loves it. It's the most competetive league on earth and truly 'on any given sunday' any team can beat the snot out of the other.

Truelly....thier offensive line is getting exposed more than anything, they're terrible. Period.

BTW, this just in, Duece McCallister's out for the season with a torn ACL.

With this, it's time to see Reggie Bust get exposed as to what he truelly is, a number 2 draft pick RB who's nothing special between the tackles.

Reggie is weak...have you ever seen him shake a tackle?

IF folks are saying that Caddy is a bust...what does that make Reggie??

last year they had Joe Horn who pulled double teams for Colston and Henderson.  also last year teams didn't know how to play Colston or Henderson.  films show that Henderson's only move is a deep fly so he's no longer a threat, so basically their only receiver is Colston who is just a better catching version of Michael Clayton.

How did the Saints get so bad?
Easy question. I drafted Drew Brees for my fantasy team.

Dolorus Jason on a ban bet with me over the BCS Championship: \"You have your bet. I ain\'t scurred.\"- 12/8 \"Youre being banned from your own stupidity. Enjoy.\"-12/8 \"Prepare for your ban .\" -12/9 \"Miyagi gonna be banned.\"-12/9 \"Best bet I ever made ...\"-12/9 \"Miyagi mad , gettin banned.\"-12/9\"You mIght need a break from the board. Our bet should help you do just that.\"-12/10 11:38 AM

Saints are trying too hard to make big plays.  That's really it.  They see themselves as something they're not.  You don't force big plays, you let them come to you.  Last year they did that and got hot.  Now they expect to be a "big play" team, and that's not what they are.  Clayton could take a lesson from that too.

As someone esle said, It is a fine line between the penthouse and the outhouse.  Despite what the fishwraps portray, you are never as good or as bad as you might think.  In a game of inches, it truely is a fine line.

They got bad because the staff decided they needed to feature Bush instead of going with their bread and butter back and mixing Bush in where he's most useful.
