Because rookie years are misleading.

This is 2007 NFL not 1997.

Why didn't you compare both QB's 2006 seasons instead of comparing a misleading line.

Since your so confident that right now Vince Young is better than Donovan McNott I'm sure you'll be happy to post a stat comparison in the 2006 season.

You are comparing Young's rookie year, that's basically what the last three games have been for him...the end of his rookie year(last night was his 16th start)

You will see in the future how good Young is...obviously you can't listen to reason at the present time.

here are mcnabb's 2nd year numbers these are great numbers for a 2nd year qb especially with the weapons he had  ( thrash and pinkston ).I doubt young puts numbers up that surpass mcnabbs 2nd year stats. As much as we all dislike mcnabb as bucs fans it doesnt mean we have to discredit him as an elite level qb.

FSU alum.

Sorry bro, your reason has many flaws. If you would've said Mike Convick instead of McNott, I would've stood pat.

Again, Andy Reid made McNabb a Pro-Bowler by getting his crappy WR's and TE's open with his scheme and play-calling.  I could drop back and hit WIDE OPEN WR's.

We will come back to this at the end of the year and see where Vince is.

I agree, I hate McNott and the Iggles especially but I can't say McNott isn't a top level NFL QB.

Obviously you are a Gaytor.

Well here's how I get to Gainesville, I go North until I smell it, then east until I step in it.

Smells like National Championships to me...unlike Tally, which smells like Mike Vick's family and friends live there....LOL

No I don't but I do get how many NFL PLAYERS have come from FSU and how many BUSTS have come from that dump in Gainesville.

There's two things guaranteed in the NFL draft.

1. Stay away from Gator offensive players as much as possible.
2. Stay away from USC receivers.
