As for the youngsters.  Gruden did what the fans wanted.  He rebuilt the offense from the ground up with the draft. Thats what you all wanted.  Now you are saying "Whoa wait a minute I meant to draft a team of youngsters who can come into this buzzsaw of a league and win right away. Those are the rookies I wanted you to get. Not these guys. These guys actually need seasoning."
