If I were John Foxx I would be passing it quick. If the DB's will hit at the line, we could make something happen.

I'm not sure that Carr can handle the quick passing game.

the team seems jacked.  Carolina will be in a run mode if carr is in and sacks will be hard unless we can get a lead.  Just hope the OL can dominate as they did last week.  If the rams game was a prize fight they would have stopped it and called it a TKO

Gaines made some outstanding plays last week and literally body slammed Steven Jackson for a loss.   He forced Bulger to throw early and errant at least three times.  He's improving weekly and this guy is on the verge of proving that he's quicker and stronger than Rice at the peak of his game.    Almost blocked a kick and I believe he will block a field goal in the coming weeks.

I demand to see Gaines become an animal this Sunday. We need Pass Rush and I want to see him disrupt the Passing Game and create fumbles - RECOVER- fumbles. I want this Sunday to be The Adams Show! I want to see our money well invested.

Otherwise, I'll go back to feed Baby Gaines Cheerios

CM will be tougher since Chukwurah is back. Adams should (theoretically) get even fewer touches now - but thats not a bad thing IMO. Mario Williams has better size/skills than Adams and it took him about 1 year to be a force. I dont know what Adama learning curve will be but if he can develop at his own pace he will be all the stronger for it. His time will come.

Just for the record Mario Williams got 1.5 sacks in week 4 last year and 3 in the 4 games after that. Then his turf toe injury made him less effective the rest of the season.

I'm glad we're on the verge os this breakout. I guess that whoever isn't Orlando Pace wasn't enough of a let up for Adams to go at.

All posts are opinions in case you are too stupid to figure that out on your own without me saying it over and over.

For the record this thread wasn't started as a prediction of any success. Merely an observation that a lot of things are in place that if he's going step up, now is the time.

I am hoping the kid breaks through this week and shows the talent YOU evidently felt so strongly about pre draft.

Me too but I'm not gonna throw him a parade for nice tries and hard work. Make plays and then it is party time.
