Those things can only stay  in for 24 hours (suggested) so it makes sense that the kid
grabbed it (or was it given to her?) out of her Mom's bag.

I have been searching, and I can't find any other explanations.

I have watched the video at least a dozen times now. It looks big to me, but it does look like a freaking diaphragm. This is too much

I don't know what that is, but there's no way it's a diaphragm, unless it's an elephant diaphragm. It's bigger than mom's hand, bigger than the kid's face. It's gotta be at least six inches across.
