Probably because yesterday he was quoted as saying: "I want to be out there playing on Sunday afternoons," Barber says. "I miss the stage. If I wanted to come back and play football next year I could. I know I still have a lot left."

Well that certainly makes the story gain some legs. It's been well-known that they've always wanted to play together and Bucs have the jack, hell, do it. The Giants will rape the Bucs though

Tiki is out of shape.  It would take him at least 5 weeks to be ready.

Tiki is "OFFICIALLY" retired with the NFL... meaning that he can't play this year even if he wanted to.
