Is it time for a new Head Coach?

I am a huuuuge Jon Gruden guy and have defended him to alot of different people the past 2-3 seasons, but his act is starting to wear thin with me too and maybe his true colors are starting to show with all of his bone headed decisions lately.

agreed it is all of the coaching to be blamed.

I'll say this much, if it is time to change coaches, I will continue to support the team, but at the same time the ENTIRE coaching staff deserves to be let go if you fire Gruden, Kiffen included. Coaching is not the responsibility of one man, its the entire staff to blame and neither unit has been anything worthwhile this year.

It seems like Gruden may have lost this team.  He is making so many excuses.  The future is bright?  I do not think so.

The defense looks poor and old in the second half.  The offense has scord the fewest points in the league and we have the worst division record in the NFL!

A coach loses his team when there is no effort. They didn't lose tonight due to effort. They played hard and just turned the ball over too much.
