He was interviewed this morning on Fox, and the kid has charisma.  Once he gets used to the speed of the NFL I have a good feeling about Grads.

Well I hope he continues his development,  players very often regress, so fingers crossed he has more highs than lows in the next twelve months.  I just have a very good gut feeling about this kid.  He has a rare charisma and energy about him that just shouts out natural born leader to me.  His mobility and decision making are the icing on the cake.
