Uh...

How many should be calling for Claytons head?  For being Invisible Man out there.

Or Crackalacks head, for fumbling because the football was too hot.

Or The safeties because they lack any ability to read a play.

I could care less for the clowns that call for Jon Grudens head.  He can only work with so much.  And the team is 28 mill under the cap, so he has room to work with.

Twenty-8 under the cap means he is working with crappy resources.  And that is truth.

9.25/10 callers will be calling for Gruden to be fired. Not saying I agree, necessarily, but it is going to get UGLY.

I'll bet that 100% of the uninformed fans will be, for sure.

Sure...alot will be calling and ripping Gruden.  The media has filled their heads and they have swallowed bigger than females working the street corners.

Dont expect much to happen at QB in the free agency next year. It will be a very light class. Probably the best standout will be Seneca Wallace. And WR looks kinda light as well. There may be a few good OLs out there though. And there are a few good oppertunities for some defense guys.

But there are not any franchise QBs out there. So we are going to be stuck with Gradkowski and Simms next year unless we roll the dice and draft someone like Brady Quinn from Notre Dame who is projected to be a high first rounder.

So only ignorant non-fans think the coach is responsible for the crap fest on the field?

Pretty much.

There is blame to be spread.  But to lump it all onto Grudens head is silly.

You have to expect a certain amount of athleticism from your players.  Caddy doesn't have it.  Clayton doesn't have it.  Grads lacks it.  It goes on and on.

Barber is the man though.

No complaints there.  Or with DeWayne White.

Boid, Gruden drafted these guys & put them on the field. In spite of his excuses, the Buc stops there.

He drafted a lot of guys.  But their are a lot of Bucs that are pre Gruden not earning their checks.

He was cash strapped for years.  What is he going to do?  Hope rooks and 1 year vets are playoff bound?

After next year, we shall see.

Gruden is responsible for the lack of focus, and the lack of heart on this Buccaneers team, IMO. We've seen it before in the 5-11 teams.

Gruden will probably get one more season (unless he quits) and then he's out if they aren't at least contending for a WC spot.  These are his players and Clayton was a #1 pick.  NO EXCUSES for the fact he is a bust now.
