The USF defense is damn right nasty, and if they show up and play USF can hang with anyone.

LSU, USC and Florida would beat USF 7 or 8 times out of ten but Ohio would only win 5 out of 10 IMO.

You guys are funny and know nothing about football. The BULLS could and would beat anyone in the Country. Their "D" is as good if not better then any team out there and their "O" is too.

The BCS Computer has them as Number #1..Seems as if some of you have lost $$$ betting against them.. They will ROLL RUTGERS Thursday in Jersey.. Ohio St loses to Michigan St and the BULLS will be number #1

One and done in college and the pros, mjs, so it really doesn't matter to me if those teams could beat USF in a series.  Oklahoma could probably say the same about Boise State but on that one particular day Oklahoma didn't and that was that.  If they go up against one of those powers, they'll have their shot that all they have to do is beat them in 60 mins. of football ONCE.

It is a way of defining odds.  lets try a different approach that can't be misinterpreted:

USF have a 25% chance of beating USC, UF, and LSU.  They have a 50% chance of beating Ohio.

Rutgers really does not look good at all. They had to make a comeback against Syracuse who is just awful. Anything can happen especially on the road, but it would be a surprise to me if Rutgers wins on Thursday.

Now USF are ranked so high other teams will be gunning for them.  Rutgers will be a tough test.
