Buchanon just has to run out of bounds on that last punt return. Wasted time running back across the field and thus gave more time for Nece to commit a stupid penalty!

the defense is not good at all. They allow the winning scores in the 4th qtr game after game. Monte needs to buy a book on blitzing, i have never seen a team so inept at pressuring the QB...they have no idea how to even create pressure...Brooks made a key missed tackle to allow yet another 3rd and long conversion...they just arent as good as we hoped. They have a lot of injuries but good team win despite that. We have the tallent to be competative but we lack the defense with the killer instinct to finish off teams. We are deficient on defense- its painfully obvious...painfully

Galloway let that punt go over his head and roll. That was about an 80-yard punt! Can't let that happen.

It was a low percentage throw.

When the team only needs 3 points and are in opposition territory on 3rd down, the QB needs to make smarter throws that have a good shot of connecting and moving the team into field goal range.

That's understanding football -- something Jeff usually excels at. Today he just didn't have his head with him, and it was reflected in his generally poor numbers.
