Really all I want is someone with no ties to the org.  If we are gonna can jon, then we need a total makeover, NO MORE Kiffen and his scheme thats outdated, lose the tampa 2. I wouldnt mind Grimm coming along and bringing some of his steeler buddies and implementing a PIT 3-4ish type of scheme.

might I add, Ferentz is a guy who spent some time as the OL coach under Bellichick in cleveland.

I think NCAA to NFL is a huge jump, add into the equation a coordinator to HC jump and I think you can throw that idea to the scrap heap.  JMO

What makes you say that the scheme is outdated??
Given adequate personnel, the scheme seems to be just a successful as ever (Chicago)
