Hulk Hogan or Jessie Ventura.  If the guys didn't deliver they'd be able to kick some azz, even the big guys.  Gruden isn't big enough to body slam the DB's.  Now if Jess or Hulk were on the sidelines, say a RB fumbles, the RB comes back to the sidelines and find himself getting stuffed head first in the Gatoraide jug by the HC.  That would make a great highlight or Jacked Up.

Put me down for Russ Grimm and the 3-4 defense as well  The Bucs will need to rebuild the D from scratch in the off season anyways so a change to a 3-4 might be easier to do than any other time.  Adalius Thomas is a perfect player to add to help the 3-4 D and Branch would be the ideal NT to draft if he comes out.

Grimm definately uses the shotgun and uses the power running game.  The Bucs have a lot of players that fit in with what Grimm would want to do on offense.

FIRE muir and hire someone like Alex gibbs and install the zone blocking on the Oline.

FIRE **CENSORED**slapia as our special teams coach and hire the guy that used to be here when dungy was here (sorry the name slips my mind)

keep gruden..

I seriously think the coaching staff just needs a makeover.

Add to that the fact that Hulk Hogan is a Tampa native and Bucs fan and you cant go wrong!

Let's really have some fun with a "what if".

What if the Glazers sell the team to Gay Culverhouse.   She then changes the uniforms back to the old ones, brings back Richard Williamson as head coach and Vinny Testaverde as starting QB!

Now that would stir the pot a bit!
