Gannon was a dominant QB.  Problem is how many Gannon's are there out there in the league? Zero.  I think Gruden has some unrealitic expectations with his offense.  Whether it is with Simms, Brad, Bruce, or Griese he needs to lower his expectations becuase I do not see any of these QB's as dominant (Only QB that can be argue is dominant right now is Peyton Manning).  With that said it seems he has lowered his expectations with Bruce  a bit but at the same time he wants to not let up on that pedal and wants Bruce to strive to improve and not settle for being just average.

And don't forget that Gannon was a castoff who had been cut six times, I believe, before he hooked up with Gruden.
