It's funny how you guys ripped Gruden for preferring veterans and always cried wolf for young players instead, yet, the veterans on offense are the ones playing the best right now.

The young guys on offense are struggling. Did anyone notice the only guys having good years are Galloway, Hilliard, Pittman, and Wade?

Galloway is having a good year?  That is very debatable.  Wade is not making a case either.  Pittman is a third down back. Ike is my favorite player but he is simply a #3 WR.

When your #3 WR is playing the best on offense something is seriously wrong.

Your are exactly right...Just like in many areas of life...people who follow something approach it different ways.  Some simply have a fixed point of view and rationalize any situation to fit their argument... Some are just schizo and blurt out the first thing that comes to mind whether it makes sense or not or contradicts whatever they believed or stated previously... and have nothing to back up there claims...There are lot of people like this on this board.

It is not a matter of young players or veterans.  We have seen veterans make just as many mistakes if not more than the young players (7-9, 5-11 seasons) over the last few years in this offense.

Gruden doesn't like veterans.  He only likes young players. 

BTW, those players aren't really haaving good seasons either.

Yeah, Galloway is on pace for right around 1000 yards.  Pittman/Hilliard are the other players who are "playing well".
