This guy does not deserve to be on an NFL team. He's burned up any usefuleness. I can only surmise that Gruden leap-frogged Gradkowski ahead of McCown in order to determine if he had any future with the Bucs.

Hopefully this is the last time we ask this question - Garcia with a healthy McCown as the back-up from here on out. McCown needs more work than Gradkowski because Gradkowski definitely sucks.

Gruden needs to put Garcia back in the game coming out of halftime. This game is nowhere near over. Its a shame that such a wonderful defensive effort in the first half goes to waste because Gradkowski can't move the ball. The score could easily be 31-3 right now.
