I read today Flynn's Focus with interest, and agree totally.  We as Bucs fans have a solid right to complain about the the team this year and the performance of the past.  I also think we as Bucs fans need to shut our pie holes about firing anybody.  Let's let Bruce Allen and Jon Gruden, with a good draft and salary cap circumstances rebuild and add through free agency.  I know we want to win now and have endured too many years of failure, but now is not the time to give up on our coach and general manager.  I don't like to see my team lose, but I do believe this team has a bright future with Allen and Gruden.
