The Falcons made a mistake trading the picks used for LaDainian Tomlinson and Drew Brees in exchange for Michael Vick.    That has to go down in the books as the worst trade of all time.

Was Dunn cut? I didn't think he could be traded.

The trade deadline has past. He would need to be put on waivers and passed by several teams before the chargers got a chance to claim him. I would think the Bucs would have claimed him if Gruden had anything to say about it.

No doubt.

I don't know about that. Brees is no longer a Charger.  SD hasn't done much except for last season 14 wins.  Vick wasn't that bad with the Falcons.   The trade for Herschel Walker or the trade to get Ricky Williams are bad trades, imo.  Of course, whoever allowed Brett Farve to go from ATL to GB feels pretty bad right now.  There are other trades too, like the Colts the rights to  Elway, but they had no choice.

Gettin' to someone.

Does it matter, and I have not heard a whiff of this...

So take it as you will.  A question mark is a question mark.

I think Dunn has a few more good seasons - he could help someone, given a good O-line.

A smallish power back over the age of 30 doesn't really impress me that much.  But I would still take him over Caddy...

A this point.

Anyway.

Sigh.

Michael Turner surely will be going somewhere else next year and then the Chargers have Darren Sproles, who is Warrick Dunn but a lot younger. So, don't think this will be happening.
