We have a high pick, and we have the picks after that to pretty much take any QB we want in this draft.  We have the money to patch up any holes we need on D before the draft.  Remember, 25 million is before we cut anyone.  take Simeon's money off of that.  Take Brooks' money off of that. Take Quarles' money off of that.  We are going to have about 35 to 40 million to spend.  It's time to draft one!

I can seriously see plummer here.  Whether he turns out to be the starter is one thing, but coming here in the offseason to compete is plausible.

Plummer is another Griese.  Plays good most of the time but is always capable of giving the other team 6 with a boneheaded decision.

He is mobile but somehow I don't see Gruden betting his job in Tampa on a Shanahan cast off.  He did that with Griese and saw just what Griese did in Denver.
