Why would they, Gruden is a top 5 coach in the league. Why downgrade?

9-7 even in a crappy division, and huge improvments on defense (getting better and younger) and offense (actually having a QB) is more then enough reason to keep Gruden around....
I asked for 8-8 didn't even care about the playoff birth, there isn't a team in the NFL who competes EVERY SINGLE YEAR...we were on the end of a 10 year run with the core group, and are back on the rise IMO...

Here is why I put Dungy at 1 and not Bill. He tries to turn the Browns franchise around, but in the end he simply couldn't do it. He had an overall record with the Browns of 36-44, pretty awful IMO. Meanwhile Dungy comes into a horrible situation and turns the franchise around unlike Bill did. Phil Savage and Crennell are turning the Browns around not Bill.

Also, Bilicheck learned from one of the greatest HC to coach the game while Dungy simply made a name for himself.
