.........I turned 60. My best birthday present was a 27-10  playoff victory over the Philadelphia fleagles. I watched the game at my home in Staten Island NY. I have since moved 50 miles north of Philly and know that game still stings their fans. They were so confident that many had already made hotel reservations in San Diego. Ronde Barber popped that balloon.

I still have that game on tivo. Whenever I need a laugh, and there is nothing on the comedy channel, I watch it again. I know the SB game was more important, but I just love watching the Bucs beat the fleagles.

Unfortunately, along with the victory, I remember my friend Mike buying tickets from a scalper
in front of the Vet with me on that day.

Mike: I got tickets!

Joe: Great! Where are they?

Mike: The guy's going to get them

Joe: Please tell me you didn't give him the money yet.

Mike: (Silence)

I turned on my little tv and watched Joe J. make that great catch and run and then
scrambled to a sports bar in downtown Philly to watch the game. It was not a
great place to be. I cheered quietly.

Lucky you got out alive Joe! I agree, I could watch that over and over. But, I can skip the first couple of minutes since it didn't start out good for sure. Love watching Ronde run back that TD to send Philly fans home crying.

Happy B-day 1sparkybuc. That was a great game I have it on VHS and DVD. I usually watch it 2 or 3 times a year. When Ronde had 'the Pick', I knew we were going to win the Superbowl. Great memories. I ended up watching the game with about a dozen Eagle fans. The first 2 minutes were awful, but after that, it was party time.

The beatings will continue until morale improves!!

Thanks guys. I can't help but to laugh out loud every time I watch it. I have very high hopes for the coming season.
