That's very much a typo.  He weighed in at 6-04.1 and 307lbs.  I'll note that Moffit isn't 5'1" either.  Check here:

Balmer got his weight up.  Most sites had him listed around 295.

Could play LT, but he could be much better as a RT. Like Gosder Cherilus if he knew how to play LT at an adequate level.
