Well, if its a true FB, then no. But if you're generally talking about a RB, then that would be fine for me.

I would be mad if we spent our first round pick on a guard, offensive tackle, fullback, linebacker, or saftey even though Will Allen said that our biggest need in the draft is a saftey and a WR.  I would also rather not have us take a QB in the first round.
