Per Kevin Acee of the  San Diego Union-Tribune, a deal with the Jags is "all but done."

That article also states that Michael Turner is in negotiations with Atlanta.

OK so let's panic and go after anybody and everybody because we missed out on one guy.

I hope he makes his visit here first. He should at least weigh all his options first...

No to Kelly ... Can't miss a guy that hasn't completed a season 4 of the last 7 years, has a degenerative toe injury, and is over 32 ... take my chances in the draft.

MVP...I'm not saying Panic...but honestly there was only 1 or 2 guys on the market....

Barber and Bucchanon and that's it.  This isn't madden, you need 3 good corners.  Unless we are going to land a guy in the 1st round, maybe 2nd, that could start at nickel right away, then we better figure something out.

2.sign Berrian

REPORTS OF FLORENCE TO JAGS PREMATURE
Posted by Mike Florio on February 29, 2008, 9:22 p.m.
In response to a report from the San Diego Union-Tribune that cornerback Drayton Florence has a deal “all but done” with the Jags, a league source tells us that a deal is not imminent, or close.

Florence will visit with the Jags on Saturday, and he might work out a deal with them.  But we’re told that he’s scheduling other visits and talking with other teams and isn’t poised to sign with the Jaguars, or anyone.

With Asante Samuel signed and Marcus Trufant and Nnamdi Asomougha wearing the franchise tag, Florence is arguably the best free-agent option on the market at the position.

Simple solution....sign Drayton Florence now! He is tough and lost his job to a guy who had 10 INTs last year. Do it now BUCS!

To be honest with you, I don't think that there are a lot of players that want to sign with us. Either that or we are just not talking to them.

Marcus Stroud is another whom we should target right now. A simple Beast of a player!
