Call me crazy, but I think having Griese is a solid move.  He wasn't that bad here, and would make a decent back up.

Are you kidding me?

Nope, that's what I am told.

What did we trade, 2015's 7th round pick?  I like Brian, nice move and all of that but can't see a pick for Griese after they were probably going to release him anyway...

Without Carl Nix it feels like our running game just took a death blow to the face!

I like Griese but I really hope that we didn't give up any of this year's picks...If this is true, some research must be done on why because Griese was going to be a free agent tomorrow...

Nope, I'm told it will be more than likely the Bucs 7th rounder in 2009.

Well, so know the Bucs have Garcia, Griese, Simms, McCown, Gradkowski and Now if Plummer comes out later today and says he is reporting to camp Plummer, plus they could end up without the a fourth round pick call me crazy but Plummer can really stick it to the Bucs now.I hope that the deal  was for Chris Simms

In Football, RESPECT is never given freely by your opponent. It must be TAKEN from them...VIOLENTLY

Great players cost a lot of money but help win games. High-priced players - a byproduct of poorly run front offices with bad scouting departments - only cost a lot of money.

I'm told they made the move because Gary Kubiak was very interested in him as well, so rather than let him go into FA, they gave up a very late pick next year.

See? Old DTG doesn't let you down when he gets good information, does he?

my "sources" are telling me different.  we made the trade so we could pay the 300,000 bonus tomorrow, thus bringing us closer to the minimum cap!

Except the difference is DTG actually has sources.
