Excellent point.  Michael Clayton, Caddilac Williams, Mike Alstott and even Galloway have shown significant drop offs in their play this season as compared to last year.  Tough schedule or not, these players simply aren't as focused, aren't as dedicated and aren't as deadly as they were a season (or 2 in Clayton's case) ago. This points to coaching.  Whether Gruden personally or his assistants, it's pretty obvious.

Gruden's problems started when Chris Simms took over at QB and they got even worse when Gradkoski replaced Simms. Gruden is a poor talent evaluator. That is evident by the lack of talent on our team.
