  Bucs agreed to terms with Ben Troupe on a two-year contract, according to NFL Network's Adam Schefter.

A nice fit for the athletic pass-catching tight end. Troupe will have to learn the offense, but he'll get a chance to compete to start with incumbent Alex Smith. While he's worth keeping an eye on, the Bucs tight ends will probably cancel each other out.

Glad to see this, I liked Stevens, but Troupe doesn't have the record Stevens has as far as I know. I believe he may challenge to start...

seriously though, now if we can trade our 1st and something else(another draft or player) for Larry Fitz, Chad Johnson, or Roy Williams this will turn out to be a dynamite off-season.

   Hey, we could still re-sign Stevens. Becht is now a Ram, though... our first "loss" in FA, I believe...

that would make no sense.  Why would we want/need 3 receiving TE's?
