I would have called the roll out on that second down.  If there's nowhere for Grads to run, then he can dump it to Caddy or Big Alex.

Anyway, Caddy needs to get more touches.  Plain and simple.  Gruden sees that we're down early and automatically assumes we need to throw the ball all over the place.  Meanwhile, we have a rookie QB, a bad O-line, and WR's who routinely drop passes.  On that note, the Clayton drop was the turning point.  We had all the momentum in our favor at that point, and when he dropped the ball, it drained the energy from this team, IMO.

I agree. It's funny Simms had two rollout rushing TD'S in his last 4 games and Bruce doesn't have one yet and he ran a 4.6 at the combine.

11 catches is a pretty good day. Too bad he only had 27 yards receiving. What is his average per catch? If he catches 11 every week he would have over 160 receptions. I am proud to be a Bucs fan. Go Bucs!

Did you perchance overlook the fumble, penalties and drops?

He stunk today, IMO.

Chances are Gruden brings up the cold weather when asked about the drops and fumbles.   I like the man and think he should be the coach next year but his excuses in post game conferences are getting old.

Caddy struggled but the fumbles can be addressed in the off season. Just like when
Alstott had the same problem. It was corrected. Caddy will be fine.

You got to hand it to Caddy. He has done nothing but impress since he came into the league. This guy is a baller. I am so grateful to have him in our backfield. Go BUCS!

Oh I am sorry he had 11 rushes for 27 yards. That is even more impressive. This guy is a stallion!

Caddy and Galloway are about the only 2 players on the offense worth a damn.  To complain about either one of them is ignorant.

Ignorance has pervaded this board. What the Insider board like? Is it active right now?

I loved it when Gradkowski dove to the ground to avoid being hit.  That was classic!

Oh wait, Caddy?  Yeah, he did a so-so job.  His speed and quickness are off this year.

That play where Grads gave up made me sick and had visions of Vinny back there again

Caddy has nowhere to run, even when he isn't being hit as soon as he gets the ball.......

Barry Sanders couldn't run behind this line the way its been.
