Not much of a Bucs fan then, huh? He only spent 15 years in the NFL, several of them here, and played a critical role in Tony Dungy's team advancing past the Redskins in the playoffs.

No, I'm not calling for Gruden to be fired, but hypothetically, if Gruden were let go at the end of the season, who do you see replacing him? Frankly, I don't see many out there that have Gruden's potential, but I'd like to hear your thoughts.
