The two defensive assistants have had less than a season.  I'd give them a break.

Muir has had years and so has Mann and neither has produced consistent play from their units.

Kromer would be much better and it's time for Mann to hit the highway.

I am guessing that this is what will happen:

Gruden will be forced into doing these things in order to keep his job here.

1. Fire Muir, replace him with Kromer, whoever. He needs to be fired.

2. Fire Bissacia.

3. Fire Mann.

4. Re-evaluate Franklin and Burns. Possibly get rid of one or both.

5. Hire an offensive coordinator.

BWAHAHAHA

I'm assuming you weren't actually serious with that.

I'd question Valero too.  Was thinking about this this week.  Caddy has not yet lived up to his potential.  Granted, a lot of that has to do with the line, but the way he and Pitt handle the ball is scary.  I wonder if a change there may not do us well.

Who would be good potential incoming pos coaches?  People with passion, not the lamers that Monte brought in on D?

Gruden will NEVER hire an OC! Unless it's in name only.

He had one in Oakland when Bill Callahan was on his staff. I wouldn't be too suprised if Hackett gets the bump up to OC next year and we bring in a new QB coach. I wish we had been able to hold on to Kyle Shannahan to tap as you receiver coach next year.

The new coaches would probably have to come from a staff where the head coach is fired. Only one of them for sure on the horizon (Cardinals).

Do they have anyone worth looking at?

Not necessarily...we could dip into the college ranks and there is bound to be some coaches whose contract is up at the end of the year we could look at.

I know people will cringe at that but I would not mind if the Bucs look at the college ranks for some coaches on offense and special teams.

I agree....Lane Kiffin is someone I think think we should consider bringing in.
