i think he wasn't use to turf or something but he didnt seem like himself that's for sure.

Earlier I was a real advocate of taking Kelly in the 1st round.  He is big, pretty fast, and has GREAT hands.  He is reported to have dropped a TOTAL of ONE pass in his last 2 years!  Boy, could we use that.  I have come off him primarily because I want us to get Trevor Laws, DT and Chris Johnson rb and his 4.24 speed at 197 lbs to groom as Galloway's replacement.  That got me off Kelley.  I would still love to have him if we can also get the other 2.  I also would love to get Cason db.  I believe he has the ability to win the nickel back job THIS year, even with us signing Wilson.

One of the more absurd things in sports is the use of hundredths of a second in a 40 time.  
-It takes between 2/100s and 10/100ths of a second for the sound of the starters pistol to reach the runner, depending on where the starter is.
-No human can accurately stop a stopwatch within ~.06 seconds.
-Differences in humidity and barometric pressure can have a .03 to .05 difference.
-The time it takes a round fired from a M16 rifle to travel 40 yards, .08 seconds.

So whenever someone says receiver x has a 40 time .02 seconds faster than receiver y,  then a) their speed is the same  b) the speaker has no concept of time.

Good mock draft except I am not sold on Kelly (really dislike the pick).

He has been out of action for a long time and has yet to run.  This means either he and his agent is afraid to reveal he runs a slower 40 time than his competition or is trying to improve that 40 time to matchup with the competition.  If he is still healing at this late stage of the game then that doesn't help his stock either.

There will be plenty of WR's in the 2nd/3rd round that can be solid just like Kelly.  Not worth a first round pick unless Kelly magically has a blazing 40 time.  And even then there is doubt.

NO WAY do the Bucs take Manningham!  In the biggest game of his career, against Ohio ST, he must have dropped 4 passes.  This added to his awful Combine showing, on AND off the field, will keep teams away, at least thru the 1st round.  Great he had a nice Pro Day or he'd be looking at round 4.
