Steelers | Roethlisberger throws two more interceptions Week 5
Sun, 8 Oct 2006 21:39:52 -0700

The Associated Press reports Pittsburgh Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger threw two more interceptions during the team's Week 5 loss to the San Diego Chargers. Roethlisberger now has seven interceptions for the 2006 season and has yet to throw a touchdown pass this year. He was also sacked five times as the Steelers lost 23-13.

QB isn't getting it done, RB phenom from last year can't get anything going, OL looks like swiss cheese.  What's going on here?

Just for reference:

It is partially the teams he has played, partially him being a bit hesitant, and partially him just not playing well.

So far he has played the Jaguars, Bengals, and Chargers. Every one of those teams has a good to great defense so the schedule hasn't helped him out any yet this season. He doesn't really look terrible out there just a bit out of sync. I wouldn't worry about Big Ben...he is going to be just fine eventually. He might need to just stop worrying about his injuries, etc. and play the game though.
