Actually, it was Sheen who once said (something along the lines of) "You don't pay a hooker for sex. You pay for her to leave afterwards".

Obviously, Sheen doesn't have to pay to get laid (see Denise Richards)

Let's not waste any time, there be scandals to admit to.

Maybe it is a state rivalry thing.

First, the Jersey Gov. admits he is gay.

Then the new Gov. admits to affairs. 
Then Spitzer proclaims, "I can beat that, 3 way with Charlie Sheen's hooker! Ha, top that!"

he's the ultimate playa so I would say he's probably "hit it" with many women in and around Hollywood.
