I agree with your assesments above.
I think we keep Simms IMO bite the bullet and we may overpay just for his Knowledge/Potential but at least we know what we have got

I would like to package a Clayton/Pittman together for another 2nd and/or 3rd rounder if possible (if Gruden makes CJ #1)
Build OL/DEFENSE with later rounds in draft and Free Agency

Pittman is a reliable backup, and Clayton will make a nice #3 someday.

I'd be sooooo happy with Reggie Nelson, Buster Davis and a future star QB.  I don't think Chris Leak is one in the NFL.  Don't think Quinn will do that well either but better than Leak.  Can't say I've really been impressed with this year's QB class.  Forgive my stupidity, but I don't know Schaub.  Anyone?

Matt Schaub is Vick's backup...I don't think they'll be parting ways with him, though.

If I am not mistaken, Schaub is a RFA (similar to Simms last year).  If so, Atlanta will likely give him the max tender, taking a 1st and 3rd round pick to pry him away.

Clayton and Gruden will neve match again he needs to get out of Tampa....or we will lose him when his contract expires

Get a 2/3 out of both of them while they still have value. Draft a Calvin Johnson to replace Clayton and move Graham up to 2
