Nope, you have no idea who I am so you can't really address what I was saying last year, however it is possible for a coach to completely lose his team in 1 year <See Tom Coughlin, Marty Schottenheimer while he was in KC among others).

We should just fire the whole team, coaching staff, front office, owners, etc.

Start over from scratch as an expansion team.
