ridiculous for Graham to think he's worth that kind of money...   Gore had     2,180 and 1,536 TOTAL yards the last two seasons...  He became the first member of the 49ers EVER to lead the NFC in rushing yards....  He also set a franchise record with 2,180 combined yards in 2006...   last year he missed the entire pre-season with a broken hand and lost his mother early in the season as well......   granted, Graham is a work horse...   and if he has a good year this year, then we'll talk...    I think Graham is worried about Bennett and Dunn getting a lot of carries...   if the Bucs draft a RB in the first couple rounds, that will speak volumes of how this is gonna play out...

Thats a downer.

Without him the Bucs don't have a power back

350 players are out there looking for jobs starting in about 2 1/2 weeks.

I like what Earnest has done, but he's not worth that kind of $$$.

Maybe BA will allow him to shop for a trade and he can find his real value then.

at first i thought that was a typo and he wanted "more" money...but Gore money? Rosenhaus can't be serious, this is just to get Graham's name in the headlines...

well with dunn we have our heady veteran so if graham tries to stick it to us we have a contingency plan for an any-situation guy...then we just need to grab ourselves a reasonably explosive 225+ lbs RB to handle short yardage and our committee is complete again....graham was the difference between  winning and losing many times last year, but with an offseason to prepare for his absence i wouldn't lose any sleep....

Yep that Dunn signing looks pretty good right now.

Check, please. Put a fork in him, it's back to the pine. he'll play this year and then he'll be eligible to get paid, provided he's not a one hit wonder. Remember Rhett & Clayton's rookie year.

Then again this wasn't Graham's rookie year.

Gore got paid after one big year.

I don't see why Graham can't

I can understand why Graham isn't a sexy enough back for a lot of you folks.

But he can get it done.

Graham needs to see a head shrinker.

Rosenhaus has put nasty thoughts in his head.

Hold out just won't happen.  See ya.

Deep

Your welcome, imitation orange flavored drink. ;)

If Garcia or Graham decide to play hardball with the Bucs, there are backup players at their positions who can ably fill their shoes.

Not to mention the fact that we could draft a QB or RB in the next few weeks.

Don't get me wrong, ask for the moon if you're Graham, just be reasonable when the rubber meets the road.

Graham Is offically, no longer flavor of the month

I liken Graham to a steady station wagon. It may not be very pretty, it may not go real fast, but it goes forever and never breaks down.

But when you have the $$ in your pocket, you'd probably look at the sports cars.

I don't see why Graham can't

But Gore put up 2,100 combined yards of offense while Graham put up 898 yards. This is no comparison between the two.
