Rattay was not nearly as bad as he looked before.

Shockingly he actually looked decisive and that he knew what he was doing.   Of course ATL's prevent defense might have had a lot to do with that too.

Recall last week how good Grads looked on that last drive vs PIT. ATL was giving up anything not a big play. It is one reason you never yank a starter in that spot  because the backup will almost always look ok in that situation.

All posts are opinions in case you are too stupid to figure that out on your own without me saying it over and over.

Gruden said in his press conference that McCown won't start this year.  He might play but I doubt it.  Why go to a QB that missed TC, preseason, and almost all of the regular season when you are 3-10.  That makes no sense.   Stick with the rookie and look for a vet in FA.  I like the idea of Garcia in Tampa.

It's safe to say Gruden's move to Rattay is probably a last gasp to win another game.  I guess he thinks 4-12 will do him better with the Glazers than 3-13.

Gradkowski has shown enough for my consideration and I just don't think he has the skill set to succeed now.  Could he get better?  Possible but he is not good enough to start with so little experience.
