Resign Kelly if you can't grab Clements, or Samuel.  Let PB play Nickel/Dime/Backup CB/PR.  PB comes on the cheap, and flashed one of his good games...they are usually sandwiched between some crappy ones, but hey, he would be a situational guy.  I dearly hope they don't think PBuch is the future.  He isn't the future of anything back there...

And JP is a backup safety, at best.  We have all seen that.  Problem is, the Bucs don't have 100 million to work with here, so you have to fix what you can.  The D-line is crap, half the cornerback slot is a mystery, the safeties are backup quality guys, linebackers are old (espescially Q, despite his 1.5 sacks), and wideouts are a luxury that can help move the chains, considering the short passes inherent in the WCO...

He makes decent tender (by our standards), but the man has never collected on a big payday, despite some nice things he brings to the defense.
