I'm a huge USF fan and even I don't think we need Ben on the team.

He has great heart, but I think USF will be better off at LB this year without him. (Mompremier, McKenzie and a healthy Chris Robinson = filthy)

Haven't heard anyone wanting the Bucs to try and get him in the draft even though he is an excellent linebacker, and kind of reminds me of a Teddy Brusci or Junior Seau type of player.  ???

If he's still there in maybe the 3rd or 4th round hopefully we're smart enough to take him.

Moffitt is a 6th or 7th round prospect that lacks speed, why on earth would you want to draft him in the 3rd or 4th round

In Football, RESPECT is never given freely by your opponent. It must be TAKEN from them...VIOLENTLY

Great players cost a lot of money but help win games. High-priced players - a byproduct of poorly run front offices with bad scouting departments - only cost a lot of money.

Whaaat, a 6th or 7th?? Dude was a 3 year starter and true senior and was the heart and soul of that defense up the middle, I will bet you anything he goes in rounds 2-4 guaranteed(and I will bump this thread when that happens).

I think we're pretty set at linebacker. If we draft one, it'd kinda be a waste considering we only have five picks to work with as it stands now.

He stinks.

FRG is the most logical poster on this board.  You guys just don\'t like where the logical conclusions take you.

You have got to be kidding ... 3rd or 4th round?  At best, he is signed after the draft.  No way he can keep up with NFL speed.  There are a lot of 3 years starters that are working in their jobs and not the NFL.

The USF homerisim is running deep

I bet we are suppose to take Mike Jenkins round one....and Tre Williams in round 3 too

hey dont we just change our logo and hire the USF Mascot?

On a serious note Ben is a "good" linebacker who in a college football arena was great. He doesnt have the field instincts you like but he has great hands that can make plays

Dont see him anymore than just a special teams contributor or a practice squader though

Chrispy, are you saying that if the Bucs DON'T draft him in the 3rd or 4th round they aren't smart?

That's kind of ridiculous isn't it?

Also, what is behind your "guarantee"?

People love to throw around the word guarantee and forget there is supposed to be something behind a guarantee.

If Moffitt doesn't go in rounds 2-4 you will.....what?

.....just my opinion

Moffitt isn't a good fit for the Bucs at all.

Happy and Peppy and Bursting with love.

My money says that you'll lock it when it doesn't.
