I'm anxious to hear the inside scoop on this. Not the first day I was hoping for.

Is it too late to change my vote for the Jason Taylor trade?

LOL

Hmmm, yet NFLN says Jackson was a great pick for Tampa Bay.

Not the two guys I would have picked but at least we addressed our two biggest needs, WR & CB. :-

i'm glad we didn't pull the trigger on taylor.  as for brohm and sweed, we supposedly decided pre-draft not to take a QB and we are targeting small/fast receivers with return ability, so neither of thsoe guys were fits.  that being said, jackson in day 1 seems awfully high.

I bet they thought Brohm was going to be there, damn Green Bay
They had to know Green Bay would pick Brohm or Henne if they fell to them. They have to. Rodgers has proven nothing and they need depth.

Dexter Jackson is a great fit for our team.

This kid is expolsive and is going to be the 2nd fastest player on our team.

To quote Mike Mayock from NFLN "This is a great pick for Tampa Bay".

I'll go with that notion from a professional scout over all the whining and crying I'm hearing here.

GREAT PICK BUCS!

Our next pick is tomorrow, I hope Manningham is there.

The last small school prospect was Mr. Brackins

What happened to Allen and Gruden?  I thought after 2006 and 2007 successful drafts they would nail this one as well.

I mean I can't even get excited about this draft.  They better hope Dexter Jackson turns out to be like Devin Hester...

They got extensions and went braindead..

I honestly can't make a judgment on Jackson, I haven't seen enough of him to form a legitimate opinion.

A 2nd rounder for a guy that will probably never be more than a slot guy, and will likely only see the field as PR for a year or two.  I don't get it.

We'll get him involved with screens, revereses and such. He should have some sort of role beside special teams. I can see him being used like Galloway since Garcia is limited.

I'm sorry, but when arguably the 2nd QB falls to you at 52 in the 2nd round after being rate as a top 5 pick last year, you change your pre-draft thoughts. I'm sure when they decided that, they never imagined Brohm would fall so far.
