While the team addressed two glaring needs by selecting a CB and WR, some are still up in arms over it. So they did not select a player that you wanted they did add speed to the receiving corps and a potential playmaker at CB.

Just as easy as both players could flop, they could be the top players in there respective class at each position in a few years, no one will truly know until the pads come on and these guys get on the field.

The each have specific position traits that the team felt could help them this season a swell as the future.

I think Allen/Gruden are clueless about how to work the draft.    They have never made a good draft day trade and if anything reach frequently.   They do not get value for the position they are selecting, and that is what the draft is all about....     From Jankowski being a first round pick in Oakland, to Jackson today - they do not worry about getting value at their draft position.  And I think that's a mistake that is going to cost this team a chance to win another superbowl - ever.

Huh? Bruce Allen and Jon Gruden didn't draft Sebastian Janikowski in Oakland. In fact, they didn't draft a single player at all in Oakland.
