It's pretty simple. You create a player, and you get signed. Every game you get experience points and you can upgrade your player with that.

"Flex Points" its like the currency in this game. You can use it to create players, buy teams, create custom equipment, or improve your players

no all games are simed. But you can go and watch replays. But its still in BETA testing and only its second season right now. If you have any more ? here is the "FAQ"
